1. We are currently staffless, with no staff on site until October 1st. Please ensure you read all confirmation details and instructions carefully before arriving, as access and usage are entirely self-service.
2. All bookings are final. As we are operating fully automated for the summer, no cancellations, refunds or reschedules are permitted once your booking is confirmed.
3. After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. At the bottom of that email, you’ll find a button labeled “UNLOCK DOOR.” This button becomes active 5 minutes before your scheduled time and is required to access the facility upon arrival.
4. Access is time-restricted. The door unlock link in your confirmation email will ONLY work 5 MINUTES before your scheduled booking time.
5. No food, drink or bar service is available. Outside food and alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted due to AGCO & health regulations.
6. No golf club rentals are available. Please bring your own clubs, as we are unable to provide any golf club equipment.
