Format

• 4 players per team – 4v4 scramble match each week

• 9-hole matches – 2-hour weekly time slot

• 12-week season: Regular season + playoffs + championship night

• Scoring: Win = 1 pt, Tie = 0.5 pts, Loss = 0 pts

• Points accumulate weekly; top 4 teams advance to playoffs

Rules & Policies
- Each week, teams face off in a 4v4 scramble match, earning points for wins and ties. Over the 12-week season, every team will play each other, with the top teams advancing to the playoffs and championship night.
- All games must be played on your scheduled league night (Monday or Wednesday depending on your division).
- No make-up games will be scheduled under any circumstances. This keeps standings accurate and fair for all teams.
- If a team cannot attend their scheduled match, the opposing team will be awarded the win (1 point) automatically.
- If a team member can’t make it, they may send a substitute player for that week.
- Subs must be arranged by the Team Captain.
- Only team captains will be in direct contact with the league convener regarding scheduling, rules, or scoring questions.
- All players should direct questions to their team captain first.
- Scores earned by subs count toward the team’s standings.
- If a team can’t attend and no subs are provided, the team will receive zero points for that week. (This keeps standings fair and the season moving on schedule).
- Scores will be posted weekly.
- Standings are final at the end of each week – no retroactive changes or disputes once scores are published.
- All fees must be paid in full by Week 4.
- Fees are non-refundable.
- If Tee Up cancels a night due to unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled date will be announced.
- Respect all players, staff and facility rules.
- Teams violating sportsmanship may be removed from the league with no refund.
